Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 7, 2026
Version: 1.0

Resonance Labs is a deterministic intelligence platform operated by Aneidu Holdings. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you use Resonance Labs, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written this in plain language because the people who use Resonance Labs deserve to understand what happens to their data without needing a lawyer to translate.

If you have questions about anything in this policy, contact us at support@resonancelabs.ai.

1. Who We Are

Resonance Labs is operated by Aneidu Holdings, an Arizona company. Aneidu Holdings is also the parent of Klaritee, a sister company that licenses the same underlying intelligence engine to enterprise partners. This policy covers Resonance Labs only. Klaritee operates under a separate privacy policy applicable to its enterprise customers.

For the purposes of data protection law, Aneidu Holdings is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through the Resonance Labs platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect three categories of information.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, your name if you provide one, and authentication credentials managed through our authentication provider, Clerk. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider supported by Clerk, that provider may share with us the basic profile information you have authorized them to share.

Document content. When you submit a contract or other document for analysis, the content of that document is transmitted to our analysis engine, processed, and a result is generated and stored in your account history. We treat the contents of your documents as confidential. We do not sell document content. We do not share document content with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the service to you (for example, our hosting infrastructure, which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement).

We do not use your document content to train any model. Our analysis engine is deterministic and rule-based. It does not learn from the documents it processes. This is not a policy choice we made for marketing reasons. It is a structural property of how the engine is built.

Usage and technical information. We collect basic technical information when you use the platform, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, features used, timestamps of activity, and error logs. This information helps us operate the platform, diagnose problems, and understand how the product is used in aggregate.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you subscribe to a paid tier, you provide your payment information directly to Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We receive and store a limited set of billing information from Stripe, including your name, billing address, the last four digits of your payment method, your subscription tier, your subscription status, and your billing history. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes.

To provide the service: authenticating your account, running the analyses you request, storing your analysis history, generating receipts, and delivering results to you.

To bill you: processing subscription payments through Stripe, sending invoices and receipts, managing renewals, and handling cancellations.

To improve the platform: analyzing aggregated usage patterns to identify which features are used, where users encounter friction, and what improvements would benefit the product. We do not use the contents of your documents for this purpose.

To communicate with you: sending account-related notices, security alerts, billing confirmations, product updates, and responses to your support inquiries. If you opt in to marketing emails, we will also send those. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting support@resonancelabs.ai.

To maintain security: detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity on the platform.

To comply with legal obligations: responding to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement, complying with tax and accounting requirements, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances.

Service providers. We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting (our cloud infrastructure provider), authentication (Clerk), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use the information only to provide services to us and to protect it consistent with this policy.

Legal compliance. We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, protect the safety of any person, or investigate fraud or security issues.

Business transfers. If Aneidu Holdings, Resonance Labs, or any of our affiliates is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any resulting changes to this policy.

With your consent. We will share information for any other purpose only with your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your information for a reasonable period to handle billing reconciliation, respond to support inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and maintain audit records, after which we will delete or anonymize it.

We keep document content and analysis results for as long as your account is active or until you delete them. You may delete individual analyses from your account history at any time. When you delete an analysis, we remove it from your active history. Backup copies may persist for a limited period as part of our standard backup retention schedule.

We keep billing records for as long as required by tax and accounting law in the jurisdictions where we operate.

We keep usage and technical logs for a limited period sufficient to operate the platform, diagnose problems, and meet security and audit requirements.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information.

The right to access the personal information we hold about you. The right to correct inaccurate information. The right to delete your information, subject to limited exceptions where we are legally required to retain it. The right to export your information in a portable format. The right to object to or restrict certain types of processing. The right to withdraw consent where we are processing your information based on consent. The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@resonancelabs.ai. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are a resident of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, additional rights may apply to you. We will honor those rights as required by applicable law.

7. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting who at Resonance Labs can access user data, hash-verified analysis receipts that allow you to detect tampering, secure password handling through Clerk, segregated production and development environments, and regular review of our security practices.

No system is perfectly secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Resonance Labs is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, contact us at support@resonancelabs.ai and we will delete it.

If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Resonance Labs only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

9. International Users

Resonance Labs is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using Resonance Labs, you consent to this transfer.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with cross-border data transfer requirements, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the product is used. Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the platform may not function correctly.

We do not use cookies for advertising or for cross-site tracking.

11. Third-Party Links

Resonance Labs may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy will reflect the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of Resonance Labs after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Older versions of this policy are available on request from support@resonancelabs.ai.
